Influencing Without Authority is an online program designed specifically for CVS employees. The program will consist one, 4-hour online session (with appropriate breaks during the session), and will cover such topics as building one’s credibility as a consultant, conducting an exploratory meeting, identifying needs and concerns, and managing conflict.
